Yoga Nidra: The Art of Conscious Rest

In our always-on world, true rest has become surprisingly elusive. Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone and particularly valuable if you're someone who struggles to truly unwind, notices that regular sleep doesn't always feel restorative, or finds your nervous system needs a different kind of reset.

The 90-minute workshop features:

  • A gentle introduction to the science behind the practice
