About Rose

 I have been where you are...sick, confused about my body, overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, worried about my health and dismissed by doctors. I found myself juggling to manage my own auto-immune illness, anxiety, stress and other health concerns while also parenting and working. Finally finding the tools and taking all of it into my own hands offered me a glimpse of the power I hold in shaping my life, health and wellness. Every day brings new challenges, and I am passionate about holding space for my clients as they navigate these same murky waters. As women, we were born to embody joy, creativity and the whole spectrum of human experience. Together, we can tap into our deep intuition, find balance and feel our best so we can help make the world a better place. 

I am a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well as a RYT200, Yoga Nidra facilitator, prenatal and postnatal certified yoga instructor and Reiki master. In my spare time, I enjoy plunging into big bodies of water, spending time in nature with my kids (when they will tolerate it), getting witchy, eating delicious food, playing music  and cultivating joy with my wife, family and friends.
